지난 6월 28일 생일이었던 하지원은 생일 일주일 전인 21일 경기도 남양주시 대성리에 위치한 한 펜션을 찾아 7시간 이상 팬들과 함께하며 즐거운 추억을 만들었다.

이날 하지원은 트레이닝복과 운동화를 착용하고 팬들과 미니 운동회를 즐겼다. 운동회 도중 아이스크림을 사와 팬들과 함께 먹으며 더위를 달래기도 했다. 뿐만 아니라 저녁 식사 시간에는 직접 팬들에게 밥을 퍼주며 일일이 감사의 뜻을 전했다. 또 팬들이 생일을 맞은 배우 하지원을 위해 준비한 깜짝 생일선물과 장기자랑을 본 후 감동의 눈물을 흘렸다.
